I think the range of experience is quite broad daisychain and I think yours would be fine. You have more contact centre experience than I did when I applied and I went to tech but was also offered a position in sales.

Hi keep the faith, i didnt get to go on as most of us hadnt received our log ins.Should get them today:o Im anxious to get it over and done with , my nerves are frayed.I feel a bit better as we got to watch the chat rooms and the support is there when needed. The questions were answered quickly, so i should be okay.haha. Good luck with your training, just enjoy it ,take loads of notes and youll meet some lovely people on your training.Iknow there have been some negative posts recently, but i can honestly say anyone ive dealt with has been very helpful and friendly, and if anyone is thinking about it, i would say give it a go,theres not many viable work at home jobs available and it certainly suits me.

Hi nesting is monday to friday. You should be asked if you prefer 4.30 to 8.30 or 7pm to 11pm. I started nesting yesterday and that was the choice we had. Good luck with your training
