I've just had the chat with Amy about the team leader position and I have decided not to go for that at the moment. Mainly because it is a 40 hour full time position and I run my own company, which takes about 20-30 hours a week so I'd be working 60-70 hours a week working, with no time to spend with hubby or family.
So, I start the inbound sales on 4th August.
Wildt - have you heard anything yet?0 -
Yes Daff I start on 4th with you
Found out yesterday and posted it on the other thread. Looking forward to it
My training hours are 4:30pm - 8:30pm Mon-Fri. Is every one on the same one? x0 -

Out of interest, what's the salary for the TL position?0 -
No idea, we didn't get that far. I stopped her as soon as she said the hours.
Well done Wildt - looking forward to us both getting started on 4th August.0 -

this forum is for the sales postition while the other forum is mainly for technical position - however they do overlap occassionally and that is not a problem lolAuddel0

You ususally get your rota in the third week of training and it does not tend to change much- the hours are generally fixed at 4.30 to 11pm (except Sat and Sun when you would be working either the morning or afternoon shift). However, they also try to ensure that you have two days of together in a week - I was off on a Wed and Thursday although my shifts have now changed as I now work 34 hrs per week. You should be able to arrange a Thursday night but failing that you could swap a shift with another agent.Auddel0
