I start training on 13th Oct., bit apprehensive as I will be giving up a job that currently suits my schedule perfectly, but I hate it and commuting is expensive. I wish I had some idea of my shift pattern sooner. Amy has said that training is 3weeks long and this will include nesting, this seems to be condensed having read previous posts. Fingers crossed it all goes well!

There isn't an overtime rate- just normal £6 p h

Its funny how wee things get on your nerves- we had someone who always told irrelevant very long long stories- bored everyone to death - and held up training- you just felt like shouting 'shut up' in fact, they still do the same thing in chat rooms lol

Hi all, I just read alot of these threads. I been applying with teletech since the 8th. I now get to do the telephone interview tomorrow at 1:30. Im sooo nervous. I kinda know what to expect since I read all this.. but still... what are they going to ask? Is this gonna be the call that says 45mins..but only last like15 mins? goosshhhh what is gonna happen.... :rolleyes:

I just got done with that call. It was just explaining the company and such. But now I have another one tomorrow.. the "2nd interview" I hope everyone comes back and talks about this agian. LOL I want to know what to expect. From what I understand its another group call... so when do I answer question and stuff?
