hi all- well last night was first night of being really 'live'- everything came together and it went great - sales flew in. Hope everything was good for all those that started their training yesterday -stick with it - it does all come together after nesting - trust me.

Glad to hear it all went well and inspiring to know its not all doom and gloom! Last nights first training session went a lot smoother than the first time - You remember when nobody could get into the meeting!

Maybe they have changed this wave of training to reflect the problems in nesting.

Who was in the training last night 7-11? My names Kate By the way! The quiet one lol

Someone mentioned something about bonus in training last night, but i didnt quite catch it, any one know how it works??

Hiya- hope you enjoyed your training last night. I wouldn't get too hung up on the bonus structure - we only found out two days before end of nesting last week- it does not amount to much- you basically have to convert a percentage of your calls into sales to get a % in your pay -If you want I can pm you some more details.

Dont know what to think of training at mo, really hate it when he fires question out!! I never know what to say, get too nervous and babble stuff that doesnt make sense. Need to get my confidence up, i'll be fine once we're live its just, talking in groups etc hasnt been one of my strong points.

If you are in Carlo's group Kylesmom - a tip about questions - If you speak up first and ask questions or answer questions without being asked - he tends to leave you alone. He does seem to 'pick' those people who keep very quiet. So get in there first and let your voice be known.
