Wow, I love the square bottomed ones. Your fabrics are gorgeous and the finish looks so professional. I would definitely buy one of those if I saw it in a shop- perfect for pressies too!

They're fab, so pretty!!! I wish I could use my sewing machine, it's an older one but I don't know whether I'm threading it properly or things are running too fast as the thread gets all tangled in the material. You could expand this and make changing bags, buggy bags or even hospital bags for mums to be, perhaps people could tell you the trim of their buggies and you could run the bags up to match or people could supply their own material. Good luck!!!:A :

its probably just your settings I had
the same problem myself I put the
name of mine and typed in instruction
manual in google and checked the settings
once I had them right mine was fine.I was
one digit out on one of the dials on mine
and once I changed it it was fine. Also dont
worry about it being old mines at least 20
years old and the manual for it was online
to look at.Give it a go its probably something
really simple like mine.:j:j:j0 -
ha, that happened to me last night! i couldn;t understand it, the material wasn;t moving and just kept jamming, i was convinced it had something to do with the bobbin bit underneath, and after it happening about 10 times i realised the thread wasn;t in all the correct places (you know how you have to loop it through like an assault course before you get to the needle!) i had just missed one bit out. anyway,
my OH is away so not done anything to the website for days! planning to do more sewing today and taking pics, and while he's away i've been busy ordering fabric from america and japan!!:D i am just in love with the japanese import style of fabric, it is so cute!totally a tog!:D0 -
so i finally made some purses too, took me a while to get the pattern right as its a bit of a mixture of others all rolled into one, i need to get the stitching round the zips a little neater, but it adds to the home made look!
^^^front of purse
^^^back of purse, with zipped coin pocket
^^^inside with card slots, oh inside coin pocket matches the lining of the purse.
and thats it for a day or two, i need to start packing for the big move.:Dtotally a tog!:D0
