Couldn't find any info on the site itself about how to join, so I clicked on contact us, and asked about it and stated that i would like to join.

Got my invite earlier this week. So might be worth while, just emailing them and asking if you can join. It worked for me, and I didnt have to wait very long either.

Yes, I did the same. I have been doing shop and scan for ages and just emailed about food on the go, received invites very soon after.

Hi, I joined fotg last week and I have been texting my snacks but I thought the points were added to shopandscan account on the Monday, I have got my points for shopandscan but not for fotg, anyone got any information?

The food on the go points come through seperately. Its usually after tea time before I get my food on the go points.

I'm with shop & scan, but never heard of FOTG. I've added my details on the volunteer4panels.com website, so hopefully TNS will pick it up from there? Fingers crossed, anyway! If I havent heard anything back in a couple of weeks, I'll email shop & scan and see if that works.

My Hubby and son have just been invited to this, do you have to text each one as you buy, or could you do them all at the end of the day?

I am a bit confused!! When I text my snack do I put for example - TESC space BARCODE space 48 or do I - TESC space right the way along and leave next line blank and then barcode space 48.
Hope this makes sense to someone!!!!

I just put the shop code space barcode space price. I don't know if that's right or not but they've never said and I always get my points. I think as long as they get the info it should be fine.

That's the way you're meant to do it. Just hit space once between each thing like you would type on a keyboard. I think only time that changes is if you are doing multiples of a single item when you add x2 immediately after the price
