Hi, I just ordered my first rewards from them (£10 amazon voucher), I got an email saying sorry but out of stock.... no time scale nothing... so got in touch and was told I won't get one just whenever it's back in stock.... has this ever happenend to anyone else here? how long roughly did it turn up? For the effort you put in for them and their research I think this is just a bit unfair and not very professional... maybe I'll give them time. Can't fault the lady who sends emails is very polite just not helpful lol - thanks guys

possibly as they recently added amazon to their reward list just before xmas they have been inundated with requests for these as amazon are very popular - i would think that they get the gift ceritficates in shortly after amazon send them out to consumer pulse so you should get something within 5 - 7 days possibly
  • Hmm, sounds like this food on the go thing is invite only to random panelists.

  • I have been a member of S&S for about 5 months, & sent them an email last week regarding becoming a member of FOTG. I've received this email in response this morning:

'Unfortunately Food on the Go is by invitation only, and there is currently no recruitment requirement at the moment to suit your demographic details. We will contact you as soon as there is one. Thank you for your interest in our survey.

    Thank you'

  • I received an invite to join last week along with my husband but I wasnt going to bother joining as we never eat out! I've only been a member of s&s for a couple of months. Would you get points for texting - 'nothing this week'!!

Do you never buy the odd packet of crisps, choc bar, mints etc, or a bottle of water etc?
