No - am I sad! I always take my own tap water out with me & dont eat between meals. I sometimes do eat out for mystery shopping assignments but these tend to be full-blown family restaurant meals - not sure if they count - not exactly snacking or on the go. Maybe I'll take to buying a pack of polos a week just to get the points

Has anyone had their points missing? I sent about 10 texts last week but havent been awarded my points and they usually go on my account on a Monday! Not had my points for my weekly transmission either this week and done it sunday and my clicker was reset so know it transmitted ok.

If you email them explaining as you have here then they should send you an email telling you that they`ll adjust your points within a few days. Thats what happened to me.

due to the bad weather particular in london - where they are based - they prob have not had anyone update their systems as of yet - will prob happen if not today then the next couple of days

This is just typical! I was counting on getting my points so I could order a voucher in time for a birthday party my kids are going to at the weekend!
