Has anyone else had the email and text about the original Food on the Go panel closing? Looks like they are getting rid of the £10 a week scheme and making us join the £5 a week one!0

i got an invite to this a couple of weeks ago, I have texted the code, and twice texted about bakery cakes, but not had any replies, should i check with them that i am accepted do you think or give it a while to see if some points come in?0

hope not, what did it say exactly?0 -
I got an invite to this 2 weeks ago and started texting straight away. I joined on the Saturday night so sent the "nothing bought" texts and got the points on the Monday. Try giving them a phone if you don't get any points tomorrow.

Copied and pasted the email below, looks like the old £10 a week panel finished on Friday and this new £5 a week one is the new one. I also had a text on the same day as the email telling me not to register till 8th November. I haven't done anything yet!
Thank you for your continued support of Shopandscan and for your participation on our out of home snacking panel Food On The Go.
I am writing to inform you that the current Food On The Go panel will be finishing this Friday 7th November. However we are relaunching a new Food On The Go panel on the same day which will require participating members to sign up again should they wish to continue telling us about your out of home snacking on this new panel.
If existing panel members decide not to join the new Food On The Go panel then they do not need to do anything. Your final points for your current Food On The Go participation will be paid as normal this Friday 7th November, when the current panel will finish. No texts received after this date will be rewarded.
Who can join the New Food On The Go Panel
We'd now like to give you and any other adult members of your household the opportunity to join the new Food On The Go panel.
Reminder of what Food On The Go is?
Members of Food On The Go tell us about their out of home snacking purchases. The information is sent to us using mobile phone text messages. Full details can be found on the website www.fotg.co.uk. Texts to Food On The Go are FREE OF CHARGE.
New Rewards
If the people in your household decide to join Food On The Go you will in return receive 1,000 reward points per person for every week that they tell us about their snack purchasing. In addition they will get 200 points per snacking text they send. Even if they don't buy any snacks for a week you can still get the points if they text "NOTHING BOUGHT" to us at the end of the week to get 500 points.
Each person can earn a maximum of 5,000 points per week.
All points rewards are added weekly to your household's Shopandscan Reward Account. Again full details are available at www.fotg.co.uk.
