Hi everyone and thanks for the kind words. Chalky I think YOU are doing a sterling job when you think how many things you have been knitting! I shall update a bit later on because I have someone coming round in a minute. I can't get any more words in my sig so I'm including the angel pockets with the buntings totals. I have asked Penelope Penguin, one of the OS board guides, if she can find out if I can have a few more lines on my sig but I haven't heard back yet.

Just been looking at the totals we sure have done well :T :T

Kathy can you update me with 1 Bunting and 6 Bibs please. Hows the boob coming along, you will take a pic of it wont you, for the Wooligans albums. Went into the LH site earlier and saw Maureen's latest, is'nt it good?

Shelley The bibs are so easy and quick to do, but is it alright to send them with out the ribbons?

Hi everyone - I'll update tomorrow with our latest totals. Pippa - I've almost finished pimping my boob! I've had DH home for most of the day and visitors again this evening but they've just gone and I'm going to sit down and sew the final bits on to it. I'll take a photo and post it on the Wooligans site tomorrow! Maureen's bridal boob on LH is brilliant, isn't it? Also, I'm very proud that I beat mommabear in the quiz today! We each got 10 out of 10 and I was quicker by all of 6 precious seconds! It'll probably never happen again so I'm making the most of the satisfied feeling!

Anyway, back to pimping! I want to get it done so that I can start on some bibs - I really want to make those. I sent my Mum the pattern in the post today so she will make some, too.

Good morning all - I have finished my boob so will take a photo of it as soon as it is daylight and post it on to the Wooligans site.

I haven't heard back from Penelope Penguin about getting a couple more lines on my sig so I shall ask someone else!

The first figures are for the STC (Save the Children) hats and the second is for the (IS) Innocent Smoothie hats for Sainsbury's campaign for which the closing date is 17th October!

Hi everybody,
Just thought I'd let you know I received a letter today from OXFAM( anyone else got one yet)? thanking me for the 9" square I sent in ages ago, after reading on here that they were appealing for squares for a giant baby blanket, knitted and crocheted in support of women who cannot access adequate health care to enjoy safe pregnancy and childbirth.

Part of this will be given to Sarah Brown, (who will be adding her own knitted square) outside Downing Street on Wednesday 17th.
The rest of the 40m baby blanket will be on display in the heart of Westminster between 2pm and 5pm, and it looks like all who have contributed are being invited to be there.

So keep your eye on the news next Wednesday, hopefully they will cover it, the publicity will help so much

I've nearly finished a bib and hope to start another one tonight. I haven't had much chance to knit because DH has been working from home for most of the week!

Pippa - thanks for the info about the Oxfam squares. I shall definitely check the news next Wednesday!
