Yes, I agree. I think the thing that upset me was the myriad of explantions, plus a degree of astonishment that they didn't attempt to turn the mistake round to their advantage. I feel much calmer now...........

Oh how I would love to see the faces of those lucky people as they open their Christmas presents to find their a bunch of DVD twinpacks of, say Octopus II & Ninja Terminator, or Operation Delta Force 3 & Operation Delta Force 4. They will be thrilled. To think they could have had something they would actually have watched all the way through when instead they can have 4 or 6 they never will !
