Having the best toothpaste on earth will do you no good unless you use it properly.
Colgate Total is a good all round toothpaste.
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -

The type of brush recommended would most likely be pretty specific to the mouth shape and the arrangement of the teeth. As well as the dexterity of the patient.
The sort of brush Dave's hygienist recommended for him might be totally different from the type she'd recommend for you.How to find a dentist.
1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.0 -

I'd seriously recommend the dentalux herbs variety toothpaste out of Lidl. Been using it for a couple of years or so and is great.0

HIya
I have a toothpaste truama. My little girl (3) likes ASDA's berry toothpaste, but I can no longer get it in my local stores.
She does not like mint as she says it burns her mouth, and I am no struggling with getting her to clean her teeth after finally getting her to do it with the red one!!
Any suggestions/tips pleassssssssseeeeeeee0 -
Other than for people with sensitive teeth or other conditions, if the ingredients in the branded toothpaste and the Smart Price toothpaste are the same (and that includes the percentage of Sodium Fluoride) then it makes sense to go cheaper.0
