I blame the mortgage underwriters for letting too many stupid people have too much monopoly money to play with :p

:D so snags, fancy giving us a few million? I have a little deposit, ok so there's the small matter of us both being self employed in the rock solid music industry. Oh and the ever so tiny matter of a credit file that looks like the opening scene of saving private ryan. But I'm great at monopoly :rotfl:

  • Hi just thought I'd catch up with you all, Keren like the others say he's taking the p, just ever so slightly.
I expect you are feeling a bit fed up being back from your holiday too.
I can't believe the price of that house, it's big but wow!! & I'm definately moving to Aberdeen, you can get so much for your money!
I started my new catering assistant job today, I'm sooo tired, it's ridiculous, I only worked from 10.00-1.15, but I haven't worked for 7 years, since I had my first daughter & I had no sleep last night as nervous, woke early today & with everything I had to take in & it's quite physical too, it's done me in!
I really enjoyed it though & feel so happy to be a working mother now!!
Have a good rest of the day everyone:D
Comping again - wins so far : 2 V festival tix, 2 NFL tix, 6 bottles of wine, personalised hand soap, Aussie miracle conditioner

Married my best friend 15/4/16 :)

Maybe I should set my sights lower, maybe a flat built on an old factory site on a floodplain like this one:

or something really nasty and badly built 1960s thing

    Do I win :p

Well done Kizzy, glad you had a good first day!!

and yes, it would appear you do get more for your money in Aberdeenshire yet it's actually one of the more expensive areas of scotland so there would be no need to even come this far North.

It's made me realise that actually we're quite lucky, we can't quite get on the property ladder here (yet) but we'd never manage it where you lot live!!!!!!!
