4.4 If, for reasons beyond our control, we are no longer able to provide the Services, we will at our discretion either:
4.4.1 make arrangements for you to be supplied with equivalent Services by another network at no extra cost to you, or
4.4.2 accept written notice from you that you wish to terminate your Contract. In such cases we will refund any pre-paid Charges that have not been used up.
You're joking, right?!?
That is a clause should Orange ever become insolvent. Not because the customer is moving abroad. Don't even bother ringing 150 trying to use this clause, unless you like being laughed at.I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0 -
LOL please don't try to use that clause. You will still get a service if you move abroad, you will just get hit with a massive bill for roaming charges so that makes no sense at all.Have I helped? Feel free to click the 'Thanks' button. I like to feel useful (and smug).0

No, I'm not joking.
I know 2 people who escaped mobile contracts by saying they were moving abroad.0 -
Thank you all 4 your replys. T mobile been in touched from head office they said they were looking into my complaint to see who changed my texts and who i have been dealing with. They couldn't believe they had refunded my money than started charging me 4 bolt on loll. They refunded me and gave me 20 pound as a loyalty. They apologized immensely and felt who was dealing with my case will be dealt with because on paper bill unlimited texts were still showing unsure if they will. So all sorted now thankfully.Have a good day.0

No you don't.
And even if you did, fraud is not to be applauded.0
