    If I did I could stick everyone up even more than they do. I have posted many times about their misinformation - for months. Anyone following the relevant threads would know they need to follow the legal t&c and nothing else, no matter what information the company provides. Does THAT sound like I work for them? I'm more like their worst enemy, having helped many avoid the traps and rescued at least some of those on here who have fallen into them. I will leave it to you to decide whether you can retrieve your own particular situation. However, I would add that in your case their dates ARE correct according to the way they apply their t&c; these are however different (slightly) from the legal t&c and in many other cases wrong.
