That could potentially mean bad news for either of us.
Have you checked your e2save account online?
Mine says claim between 16th March and 15th April 08 and since my bill is generated on 22nd of each month, could be the reason why she has asked me to send my 22nd March bill as it would probably fit the 16 March to 15th april time window??
Do you agree?0 -
yep sounds about right
my time frame is 7th Mar 2008 and 6th Apr 2008 so im sending my bill dated 9th march
only thing now is im sure i read i have to send the original bill whereas before i've always sent photocopies will ring them when my bill arrives and checkYes Your Dukeiness0 -
You say you only want to have this contract for 12 months.
Bill no.1 should have had one month's line rental in advance and a few days (part of a month) to cover the first few days of your connection.
Bill no 12 will have a full month's line rental on it.
Bill no.13 will have a credit of the line rental paid in advance and not used as well as any useage during month 12 putside your inclusive allowance.0 -

Are you saying that E2save have paid you before when you claimed by sending photocopies of bills?
That would be an obvious one for them to mint money on going by their reputation here..0 -

You are absolutely correct.. I was under the impression that I would have to pay full line rental for my 13th bill, hence the confusion..0 -
yeah, i have always used them for my cashback, never had a price match one before thoughYes Your Dukeiness0

Gosh, why is it no-one does their research before the event? Although I started my guide way back when to prevent people making so many basic mistakes, there is a lot on there - post number 5 for starters, as I stated - which covers just about all of this. The other E2Save and OSPS (same ccompany) threads are quite easy to find and read.0

I've just been sent this email from E2save & i purchased my phone on the 6th July, so naturally thought my 6 month claim date was between the 6th January - 5th February.
How on earth they make my claim date between the 1st of Jan - 31st Jan is anybody's guess!
Here's the email i received::mad:
Dear ***********
Thank you for your E-mail to our Customer Support Team.
I apologise for the delay in responding to you.
I can confirm that your claim period was between 1 January 2008 and the 31 January 2008. Your claim was received on the 2 February 2008 this being outside your claim period. Unfortunately we will now be unable to raise this cash back for you.
I am sorry for any inconvenience caused.
I hope that the information is useful, however should you have any further queries regarding this email please do not hesitate to contact us again either by email or telephone.
You may find that visiting our website https://www.mycashbackclaim.co.uk can answer most common questions about cashbacks including when and how to claim.

You missed your 4th month claim - game over. Of course, the email they sent in the first place was wrong (month 6) aqnd you didn;t have a clue what the actual terms and conditions are which you signed up to. No research, no result. No sympathy I'm afraid. You get out what you put in - even tonight people have finally noticed the new deals and are plunging in without a thought or care. In a few months' time they will be where you are now - or at least, some of them.
I may sound unsympathetic, BUT I KEEP posting this warning on ALL the relevant threads - and there are now LOADS of them about E2Save AND OSPS in the hope that at least a FEW people will LEARN from the mistakes have have made... and others... and others... for MONTHS:-
If you don't REALLY know what you're doing and put the time and effort into it - a lot more than you think - then DON'T do these deals unless you're preapred NOT to get you cashback. Simple - but TRUE and very sound advice.0 -

I did in fact receive my 4th month claim  which was sent in roughly 2 months before i sent this one in.
My argument is, is that E2save have made out like my claim period this time around is between the 1st Jan to the 31st Jan (which i know is incorrect).
I actually do my research and i'm normally up on these cashback deals as i do read through the terms & conditions plus i've had cashback deals with E2save before without a problem.......but the fact of the matter is E2save have blatantly lied. Simple.
I don't want sympathy from you at all my friend & furthermore you should leave people to discuss what they like on here. People come on here to get help and support from others. That's what this forum is all about is it not?
You seem to 'think' you know everything there is to know about these cashback deals. Do you work for E2save by any chance?0
