Feeling a bit despondant, we go on Monday and I can't get my currency till Friday at the earliest when my salary hits my account, hope the Euro rate picks up before then. One question though, if I order my money from Travelex on Friday to pick up at the airport on Monday will I get Friday or Monday's rate?

You'll get Friday's rate which is when you purchase your euros.
