Now, DS1 (who is 6) is asking for a mobile phone. DH thinks we should get an old handset and put one of those free sims in and see if he looses it or not. But is 6 not just a bit young? Who will he phone? (when I asked him it was for me to phone him to come home from the park or so he could phone us when he was staying away)0 -

Soappie I love it when things you always buy are on offer - that's real moneysaving to me.
Had a good time in the garden cut the front and back lawns and finished digging over veg patch 1 for when the manure is delivered on Monday.
Dropped DS1 up at the golf course and DS2 and DS3 are playing together.
Going to have a cuppa and sor out the piles of paper/books etc which have surrounded my desk. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Right, done the unpacking and the calculating - I saved a massive £38.56 !!!!
The really large pieces of topside/silverside are half price so I've got a bit piece which I'm just about to cut up into 'our size' pieces and pop in the freezer along with the Richmond pork sausages, the on offer gammon (again, will cut that into 'our size' pieces) and the reduced items. What with my butter mountain (because Lurpak's been on offer the last few weeks) that's in there, we ain't going to starve!
Have updated my signature to include the ebay money as well as the above savings that's been transferred from my current account to my savings account. Eeeeeh, I'm dead chuffed!I am the leading lady in the movie of my life
