OMG had jst typed out and updated a huge post, and have now lost it.
DP decided to climb in the desk to close the curtains in the living room, this desk is where our router sits, and guess what? He has just gone straight through the desk, the little desky shelf bit is in bits, his laptop took a knock and the router got disconnected.
I am NOT typing that entire thing all over again.
So, what i was going to say is basically, I've got all my list done.... woohooo!!!!
also got a pan of chicken soup ready to be portioned up and frozen, and tea is in the oven...... Feeling better about myself now.
BTW DP is ok, Laptop is ok, But desk is caputted lolAn' It Harm None, Do As Thou Will

Hi everyone,
Just got in from work and don't plan to do any flying till kids are in bed, but I am playing catch up tonight as I was lazy and couldn't face the bedroom yesterday:o so I will aim to do bedroom and bathroom later, plus I need to put at least 1 load of washing on. Oh and cook myself some tea as well! Luckily kids have both eaten at nursery;)
Will check back later to update if I actually get any of the list done!DFW no.630!

aarrghhh my day had totally gone to pot. Off to a good strt, did a mystery shop in town £25 thankyouverymuch, then went to colect DD1 from preschool, waqs reversing in the car park , despite looking in all mirrors and all around me several times I managed to hit a woman who was holding her 2 year old and bending over to see to her 4 year old    I just didnt see her as she was bent over and , I guess, in my blind spot.
I know her a bit, her son is about to go to my DS's school so w've done the whole coffee thing, and I see her in Asda as she works there.
Anyway when I got out of the car after feeling a bump (I thought I'd hit a car tho couldnt work it out as I couldnt see one), she was holding her 2 year old daughter who was absolutely screaming. Well luckily Charlotte, the Mum, had realised that I hadn't seen her, threw Grace, her daughter, out of the way (she landed in a puddle) but I managed to stop the car on Charlotte's foot   (I did drive off it before getting out to see what the heck was going on).
God I was so horrified when I realised what had happened. I mean I totally looked all round me several times, was going really slow etc etc but thank god it was her not a child. She was fine, and fine about it too, think it was good it was someone I know really.
So another friend had me back to hers for lunch and til school came out, as I was so shaken up -several cups of sweet tea - and then I went to Asda after school to get Charlotte some flowers and some sweets for her kids. She was arriving back just as I dropped by her house having gone to A&E - her foot is bruised not broken thankfully but all swollen and she is wearing her husbands shoes :rotfl: I am cringeing tho, her husband had to take the afternoon off work to mind the kids, her mother drove 40 miles to come and drive her to A&E, and she says it is sore
Nightmare. So I didnt get home til 4.30 after what was meant to be a 10 min trip to preschool and back. Oh well.
I am out tonight at a friends for diner, another friend is driving me as I am a bit wobbly still plus I need a drink!
