Refurbished nokia 3100 £9.99 from O2

Well I ordered mine on the 4th am and have just received a 3rd email saying that it has now been dispatched.

Looks from the email that I may get it tomorrow so here is hoping.

Ordered on thursday at 1 ish and recieved no confirmation of order but dhl have just delivered the 3100 and new 02 sim, i chose free delivery too if that puts anyones mind at rest. 02 couldnt explain why i didnt recieve emails and i didnt let on there was more than i with no confirmation.

For those who have received their phones: Is there anything to indicate on the packaging or in the condition of the phones, that these are refurb, or do they seem to be new stock (possibly being sold as refurb to justify price crash) ?

I still havent got a confirmation email or the phone delivered. What is the phone number to ring to query this?

I think that phoning them costs a packet - drop them an e-mail, they respond fairly quickly (a couple of hours), even though their website says within a couple of days!

I contacted them on mycarewebform@o2mail.co.uk and remember to quote the order number.

It comes in an 02 box rather than 02 3100 also its packaged differant inc is charger and sim card my phone came in a little blue box with 3100 pay monthly but phone is imaculate only thing showing anything is the battery is a bit worn so for all i can see brand new phone but reconditioned battery excellent find for £9.99 and yes i have thanked the o.p.
