Ordered on the 5th, same here, got a tracking number. No idea how to track it down on o2 website. It did say I will e-mail when order has been dispatched from warehouse. Should I be worried? Have you received yours yet? Does anybody know how to track an order? Thanks

If you can't track it online then the only way to track it is to phone O2 customer services and they should be able to track it for you...

Did you get two emails, the second saying that the order had been passed to the warehouse, or just one email acknowledging your order?

I got an email confirming my order last night now when i check online it says out of stock. To track online login to the 02 site click view my bill, then view order details (it will ask you to type your code) then click on your order number then order line status.

If you choosed free delivery, it takes up to 5 working days to deliver,so dont panic.

They are now out of stock.I am not surprised at that price!!!!

Hi all

If you have not received your phones and if you have had a confirmation email that your phone has been dispatched, you can check your delivery status on DHL's website.

http://track.dhlgroup.co.uk/tracking/

Click on by consignment, enter your order number including the gm and your delivery details will be displayed. Delivery is 3-5 working days for free delivery.
