Hand luggage Ryanair

I am flying from Stansted to Stockholm with Ryanair in July and have just booked my ticket with no luggage so only hand luggage allowed. Can anyone recommend a bag that they have used as hand luggage on Ryanair flights as I've heard they can be pains in the a**e about this sometimes. Thanks.

If you bothered to check their website you would see what size of bag is allowed. Stick to that size and you'll have no problems. It's not difficult!

I think the opening poster was asking whether anyone knew of a specific bag that was the ideal size.

But there are literally thousand and thousands of bags for sale that are suitable for hand luggage. Why not check the max size allowed as stated on the website and check the sizes of the bag you already have/bag you intend to buy?

Well I've got a specific bag I take for hand luggage. It is black, and it is about 'hand luggage' size. It is from Marks and Spencer, it is approx eight years old. Maybe they'll still have some?

My point was that the information is so easy to find, and if you go to any luggage website, you will find numerous bags that fit the criteria given on the Ryanair website.

I have also used a WH Smith carrier bag as hand luggage. This may be easier to source than the Marks and Spencer bag.

Good for girlies but I bought a great bag in Primark for £6. It's a holdall/shopper type bag and fitted perfectly in their case checking things. I also got my shoes, going out outfit, straighteners, make up, toiletries, underwear, change of top, nightwear and one boot in it and had room to spare. Have a good trip!
