I really like the branston ones - they are more savoury than heinz which I prefer. I always have the reduced sugar/salt ones (in any brand), and find the heinz ones too watery and far too sweet.0

Well today hasn't gone exactly as planned!!
I forgot to weigh myself this morning.
I had an oatso simple for brekkie, then whilst making a cuppa mid morning I 'somehow' ate a mince pie and a bag of crisps whilst stood in the kitchen. I can't even syn the mince pie because it is a davies the bakers fresh one Mmmm it was lovely though
I have had a tin of baxter soup for lunch. But didn't end up going shopping this morn so will do an online order to arrive tomorrow after work.
Right off to syn what i've eaten so far!!

Kel at least you're honest!
I buy own brand beans (I don't like the value ones though the value tinned spaghetti is fine) and they're all pretty good though I find the Morrisons one a bit hard sometimes!

Thanks Catt.
I find pretty much all beans, regardless of cost,a bit hard tbh.I cook them down a little which thickens the sauce and swells them up so they taste much better.I spose they are a bit like mushy beans then, though I hate mushy peas but like beans mushier.
Sometimes I add a dash of chilli sauce, balsamic vinegar (the cheap stuff!) or a dash of worcester sauce to liven them up a bit.Bring to the boil, turn down to a simmer and leave for up to 20 minutes.Best beans you'll ever eat - out of a tin anyway - for still only 30p ish.:T:jHalf a stone off, only another 2 to go!:j:T:D;)Cats are truly evil, like women....;):D:p
