Thanks angie loves veg, trouble is I already eat too many eggs! I have two for brekkie most days either with baked beans/spaghetti hoops or bacon/sausage!

    ... bother!!...

not really the time of year, but soups are good too - especially as when you make several portions, the rest goes in the freezer, and will take about 5 mins to cook from frozen in a pan or microwave.

how about a stir fry? they are really fast (and very tasty) - especially if you use a bag of stir fry from the supermarket, adding mushrooms, or prawns, or soy sauce etc etc....

    Hi all,
Was my weigh in tonight and lost 4 1/2 lb!!!!:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Dead chuffed. I think some of it was because I hadn't had my tea before I went and I usually do but nevertheless it was nice to see it on the scales.

Good luck to everyone else for your WI

Club 10 is when you have lost 10% of your starting weight...you should get a sticker for it from your consultant!

do you like jelly? you could mix it with fruit, or mix it with natural yog for a more mouss effect. One lady in my class makes it with diet lemonade and calls it fizzy jelly :)

I have done that with the v. l. fat fromage frais - its really nice and with the lemonade. I have some in my fridge right now;)!

I was going to suggest sugar free jelly too larmy. Can't think of anything right off the top of my head other than a mousse made with yoghurt (:o) and egg whites. I'll have a think!
