    God - I'M BORED!! LOL

Even though I now go home for lunch (so can cook/heat something quick) I live on savoury rice, pasta or sausages/bacon.

Any ideas other than batch cooking a chilli/curry which I will do when I get the time.

Thanks Catt xx (I will go through the magazines myself but off to the supermarket in a bit then away for the weekend!)

I have shared on here that I am struggling to lose the last few pounds. My leader says I can call target and then lose another 3lbs but part of me feels I am giving up and giving in.

Anyway, I have been extra good of late but I am wondering if I eat too many yoghurts?? I know Mullers are free of syns, but I had one for breakfast with fruit, one for lunch (after my porridge - yes I have breakfast for lunch as I have so little time to eat due to work).

Tonight I am having salmon with steamed spinach and brussel sprouts followed by a muller light. So could this be stopping me lose weight?? consultant 31 what do you think??

I have cut out my a choice in the hope this will kick start my weight loss again.

larmy it wouldn't stop you losing weight but your body gets used to things you have so it wouldn't hurt to substitute the yoghurt with something different to give your body a surprise.

Omlettes / frittatas are my lunchtime standard.....

On a red day I add bacon, mushrooms, cheese (he a or b) and serve with salad.

On a green day I often make it into a spanish omlette - potatoes (microvaved first then sliced) cooked with onions, peas, cheese on top (he) if wanted... serve with salad or baked beans (or syn free chips if extra hungry and you have half an hour)

Or rather nice for either day is courgette, onion, mint and feta cheese (he)

I see what you mean, but what can you subsitute for yogurt. I already eat fruit for between meals, for example banana in morning and satsuma for afternoon. I eat strawberries/raspberries, kiwi, grapes when I can, What else can I have that's a bit sweet for afters??? Would appreciate your input for low syn dessert?

Also started walking half an hour a day.

don't give in - you can do it. Have you tried increasing your fibre? It may come off so slowly you won't realise but it'll go when it's ready. If I had only 3 lbs or even 3 stone to lose I'd be so chuffed. You've done brilliantly.

Last night class was brillant the 19 bags of potatoes certained shocked most people although they didn't realise that it represented just one lady's weight loss. The lady in questioned commented was " that's not what I've lost is it?" "Yes" " My god no wonder I was alaways tired!" It was all so motivating and inspirational and we asked lots of questions
I also lost 2lbs to get my Club 10 !!! :j I am over the moon as I have been doing SW on and off for 7 years and it's the first time I got a club 10 - I have lost more weight but they didn't run the club 10 scheme then!!

do you like jelly? you could mix it with fruit, or mix it with natural yog for a more mouss effect. One lady in my class makes it with diet lemonade and calls it fizzy jelly :)
