I've not had a bad day, but really busy, so grabbed toast for breakfast and same for lunch with a banana. Just had a huge plate of pasta for tea and a yoghurt. Will have my kit-kat and cuppa later. Thanks for reminding me, Peachey, I've not had much to drink today and got a stonking headache:( I'll have one now.
Everyone is doing so well, and seems very focused, so I feel as if I must shake myself a bit. Thanks for all the food ideas everyone, I hope when I get going a bit I'll be able to contribute a bit more.
Great people on here and Peachey is an amazing Miss Motivator :T:smileyheagpuss0 -
Hi everyone :hello:
I've been really good today as I am determined to get rid of that 2 lbs from last week.
Breakfast was boiled egg and two rounds of wholemeal Nimble
Lunch was chicken salad and a Muller Light
Dinner was fish, 28g of potatoes, and veg followed by strawberries and grapes
Aren't I good :A
Just as well you can't see the large glass of wine that washed it all downYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -

gpuss ah thanks mate :A .
Well it sounds like your sugar level is down mate , you need to eat more for brekie , lunch , your body will shut down and store fat , get mug shots in , and wholemeal rolls h/b , fill the roll with ham and go or on green day get quorn meat and fill it ,or cheese & tom .
If your having toast fill it with ham & cheese , eat more mate0 -

Hi everyone well ive just been on s/w web site to check syns on ainsley harriot sav rice .
when you put the manufacturers name in it list a , a to z of manufactures .
Then i pressed ainsley , it asked me for product i put in rice and it listed all his packet rices .
I then clicked on the one i wanted and it listed how many syns on each day .
It then asks if you want this added to your shopping list , i clicked yes and i now have a list of everything i buy and what syns they are on each day .
How cool is that , just take my list with me when i go shopping and when i get home write the syns on straight away :T :j :j :j :j how easy is that and you just stick it straight back in your bag       .

Hi All,
I've been AWOL for a few weeks over Easter (did anyone notice I was hiding? My OH probably wouldn't until there were no clean pants!).
Not had a great few weeks, but by the looks of things everyone is pretty much in the same boat, which makes me feel a bit happier. Basically if I amintained for ages maybe 3 or 4 weeks and was losing the will to live as I was being good, then lost 2lbs and was full of joy, Easter came, lent was over so I ate choclate and crisps ina responsible but not SW until the house was free of them (we never really have nasties in the house, we'd only eat them so no biscuits, choc or crisps, ever!) and wollop, WI on Monday back up 2lbs to my usuall maintained weight. Bah! I did enjoy the choc though!
Am really trying to focus this week and I know all will be lost next week as I'm on my hols so I need to lose a stone this week!!! Anyone know how to lose half your body weight in 6 days? No? Quite a tall order that one isn't it.
Anyway you big bunch of losers - keep up the good work xxx:staradmin0 -
