If you use chicken bovril instead of the stock it would be no syns at all on a red day . Sounds Great.
Iv just made a syn free shep pie, using quorn mince, beef bovril, peas,baked beans and onions and topped it with swede and potatoe mash ..free on green and red day!!Proud to be DEBT FREE AT LAST0 -
hello everyone!
i've followed sw for 12 months now & so far have lost 24lbs, with another 10lbs to go, but i'm stuck! each weigh in its 1 off, 1 on or maintain.
so i'm really going to give it a go this week and try success express, which i've never done before so any pointers / tips would be most welcome.
just read in the paper that today is Fat Wednesday, when will-power is at an all time low, so lets be careful and avoid the 4,000 calories it's estimated the average person will have before bedtime tonight!

Well today ive had .
2 weightwatchers yogurts,
banana
wholemeal roll h/b with a pack of bacon & a egg in - yum:drool:
Having for lunch .
morrisons chicken tikka slices (smart choice) ready to eat( free on red )
with salad
strawberrys with greek 0% yogurt with sweetner .
Dinner is.
lean minced lame with oinons ,
carrots , cabbiage, collie , swead , broc,
gravy (1.5 syned ) only have a lillte .
melon .
Then ill take 2 alpine light bars into work ,h/b
apple
jellie(0.5 syn)
waightwatchers crips ( 4 syns)
a bottle of lemon soda water
TOTAL 6 syns for day :T :T :T :T0 -

Don't forget the BB would be a HEB on a red day - and technically would need to be weighed on their own.
Peachest, I'm good thanks other then the screaming match with OH last night :rolleyes: our first major major argument but he spent the night bear hugging me to death;

banana and grapes
Turkey sarnie with nimble and salad (had to use turkey up :mad:)
Diet coke
SF squash

Hows the giving up chocolate going Choccie? I have majorly cut down but still had 1-2 bars this week.

The quorn is free on both days and on red you could put on carrot& sweed mash and sprinkle on some cheese h/a , add cabbiage , collie , broc to the side of the plate - yum0 -

What I've eaten is above; stuck for tonight though as out (pub) with OH but I've used both of my HEBs! Drunk loads thanks- probably my main reason for putting on last week is that I didn't (that plus chocolate, plus toad in the hole, plus roast pots in fat, plus pizza, plus garlic bread :rolleyes:)

garlic bread i say garlic bread as peter kay would say , come on catt were on a mission to get you lossing as much weight as we all can till your hols :T , wish it was me going on hols .
Out tonight try taking a little list of eating out food from your food optimising book and try just having a roast , syn meat eat as much veg and have a fruit salad for pud or starter , check your book .
and for drinks spritsa or vodka & coke (2,5 syn) remember its only one night ,
you can do it0
