FROM THE VERY FIRST POST IN THIS THREAD
Do not ask for codes in this thread
DO NOT PM ME FOR UNLOCK CODES
Most Motorola's , LG's , Samsungs and Sony Ericssons cannot be unlocked by code and need to be unlocked by direct cable or clip in a shop.
If there is not a code listed for your phone below then there is NO free way to unlock it, you need to find a shop or Market Stall to do it for you (correct as of 09/02/08)
Expect to pay between £5 - £20 for most phones for the person to do the unlockEx forum ambassador

hello, everyone...
i have found the code to unlock my phone on the first post of this thread... what i wanted to ask is: is there a risk of losing stored phone numbers, photos or sms messages when i use it?
apologies if it has been answered elsewhere, please provide me with the link if this is the case.0 -

Have been a little naughty and not paid my vodafone bill and hence my phone has been disconnected.I want to put my Orange sim in the RIZR and have used a third party company to purchase a subsidy code, but the phone just keeps displaying a message saying "warning subsidy lock is enabled" and there is nowhere to imput the code.
The website where I purchased the code from are saying to leave this message displayed for 8 hours and the phones internal timer will automaticallly change so the code can be entered.
This seems to be with no avail have Vodafone permanently disabled the handset?
Any help greatly appreciated, thanks in advance
