Hi,

please help me understand what to do!

I have just bought an o2 simplicity sim and am going to want to put it in my SE k770i to use. the phone is currently on a virgin liberty sim.
I've tried to look it up on the net but Im not getting anywhere and dont understand the language - what do I need to do?

I cant help but I need help with the same problem. my o2 sim has arrived now and my virgin one will be cut off tomorrow so I really want to sort this out ASAP but not sure where to start. can anyone help? or cranezoe if you worked it out??
if there is no code (:( ) then do I take it somewhere? will that unlock it 100%? should I pay one of these online things?

If its a DB2020 phone you can unlock it for free

will that unlock everything that needs unlocking? and I worried that it might give my computer a virus if I was to download everything? basically I wasnt sure it was safe to do!

Im a bit of a novice when it comes to technology, but I really want to unlock my phone soon! is it easy enough to follow?
