I've placed two orders using the 20% off code on the same account and haven't had any problem with the code. I do always add items to my basket, apply the code then login so not sure if those of you that are having problems with the code are logging in first, I can't see why that would be a problem though, just a thought.

I noticed when I placed my order today the free delivery ends midnight tonight.

It worked for me yesterday but I didnt place the order. I've just gone to order my items today but I get the following message when I apply the code. 'There was an error claiming the coupon' All the items in my basket are full price and the total is over £70.

The code for 20% off is still working for me though, Code: BH57JY

I have tried the code several times this evenng and its showing the same message.

the voucher is suppose to be valid until 30th jan 2011 so I dont know whats going on here.


I tried with full priced items on their own, and sale/full priced items too. The code didnt work with either.

Can anyone please help...

I purchased a few items about 3 days ago and I purchased a few full priced items and a couple of sale items.

I have only just found out on this forum that sale items cannot be refunded and can only be exchanged. The trouble I have is I ordered a dress in 2 sizes and they fall into the sale category, I was hoping to get a refund on the item that does not fit.... Is that going to be a problem now ?

I would be greatfull if someone could help me.

I have a New Look receipt from today and have just checked it to see if sale items can be refunded. On the front of the receipt it says:

PLEASE NOTE SALE ITEMS - EXCHANGE ONLY

I imagine it would be the same for items purchased online too. I very much doubt you'd get a refund on the item that does not fit unless you spoke to the manager about it and explained you bought the item in two different sizes, the manager might refund you as a gesture of goodwill.

Thanks for your post regarding refunds on sale items.

I went to new look today and the first thing they asked me was have you got sale ites ???? as they can only be exchanged. The items I was returning were full price. But the sale items are on the way..... I asked the assistant about refunds on sale items and the assistant said you can either exchange or we will give you a gift voucher.

Im so glad I didnt place a massive order only containing sale items .

I can't get STQUE15 (£15 off £60) to work either (on full price items totalling £63.98)....unless anyone has any idea how to get it to work, I will just have to use the 20% off which isn't as great a deal.

I tried it when signed in and out, typing the code or pasting the code in both situations...seems strange as the code is still valid and some have been able to use it.
