I have tried using the code stque15 several times today and its still not working

I wonder if people who got to use the code have abused it by placing several orders :mad:

I am still having problems with the £15 off £60 spend code so I placed my order with the 20% off code. At least that way if I return one or more items I will only lose the 20% discount on each item and not the full £15.

^ same here, I just used the 20% in the end as there was only 1 item left in my size of the dress I wanted, so didn't want to risk it.

I received an email from New Look today though with the stque15 code in the email, so thought I'd try again (fyi when not signed in) and funnily enough it worked this time (oh and they got more of the dress, so I could've waited). Good point about the way it would work with returns though because I'm not sure if both (or any) of the dresses I ordered will fit.

i think with any online item you can return through post within 14 days for a full refund.

they have to comply with DSR for online purchases anyway! which i beleive is 7 days

you can also return your unwanted items within 28 days of reciept at any new look store with proof of purchase, but only 14 days to return by post.

The £15 off £60 spend is working for me now but the 20% is no longer working even though it doesnt expire until 30th Jan.

I got the 20% off code to work on Internet Explorer. I always use Firefox for web access but decided to try Internet Explorer to see if I still get the same error when entering the discount code. I was surprised it worked. I wonder what the problem could be.

Just thought I would mention you can now use the £15 off £60 spend via quidco which gives you an addition 10% cashback off the total spend before discount.

I spent £64.96 less £15 discount = £49.96, quidco purchase tracking £6.50 so £43.46 total spend :j
