I did place an order on Friday when there was free delivery for everything and ordered 2 things that were in the sale and one full price item and used the 20% code with no problems with it taking off 20% of my one full price item but the 2 full price items I wanted to order for my daughters 16th birthday at the end of the month were not in stock in a size 6 and so I couldn't order them!! They are now in stock but 'low' and I now have to pay delivery (even though the total is £65.00) and can't use the 20% code either :mad:. The problem is a size 6 is hard to find in store and also they don't have either of these two items in my smallish local and I have instore vouchers for money off if they did which would make them work out cheaper too!!
Anybody have any working codes at all?

As an after thought when I was instore on Thursday checking for the two things my daughter wants for her birthday I spoke to an SA who helped me and she told me I could order them online and return them instore and then re-purchase them using the vouchers I had (which she then gave me some vouchers that started when the ones I had finished). I said I didn't think this would be allowed and she said she didn't see why not!! Anybody tried this or know if I could do this as I am tempted to try it as I don't want to pay full price and if I can't get anything to work online it may be my only option!!

@jemclajess , I have purchased items online and returned them to the store for a refund and then purchased the items again using a discount voucher. However I was wanting a different size but I can't see why they would refuse letting you return them and purchase them again after all they are still getting your money.

Also, when you purchase items online and return the whole order instore you are also entitled to a refund on the delivery charge. They don't offer to refund you the delivery charge so you have to ask.

I had the same problem with the code not working saying "There was an error claiming the coupon."

But if you Logout of your account it will take the 20% off, but when you go to the checkout you need to log in as a new customer (you only need a different email address the rest of your details can stay the same) and the discount code will work. Hope it helps.

Anyone know off free delivery codes or when free deliverys going to start? The spend over £40 for free delivery isn't working either.

It seems as though a few people are having problems with the code,

I managed to use the code and it worked fine on my order. I did notice when I put the code in it didn't work the first time round, tried it a couple more times and it had discounted every item on there by 20% showing me the cheaper price.

I don't think there is any free delivery codes about. New Look usually have free delivery on orders over £40 but I've noticed when they have the free delivery every so often, on a saturday and sunday, they dont put the free delivery for orders over £40 back on for a week or so.

New Look website is advertising free uk standard delivery on all orders. No code required.
