5. No cash or any other alternative will be given and the discount can only be redeemed once.
6. Any physical discount vouchers must be handed to a member of staff at time of purchase. Photocopied, damaged, defaced or expired vouchers will not be accepted.
7. The return value of the item(s) purchased using the discount shall be the applicable return value under New Look’s return policy less the discount obtained.

My partner wants to buy a certain coat and it does not seem to be available in store. This means I cannot use the current 20% as I think it has expired to use on line. Therefore I was hoping for a free delivery code please. if there is a a new look on line discount in date this would be great too. Thank you

NLXMAS is still in date until Friday for 20% off but only on full price items - I've just used it and works fine. They are doing free UK delivery as standard on all orders over £40 at the moment too if that helps?

Oh, and don't forget cashback on top of that - 8.08% on TCB at the mo'.
