Igloo, you can still report them to Trading Standards and see a solicitor over how they have treated you.

You can get either a free initial interview, or a fixed fee initial appointment or - you can try and utilise any legal cover you already have in any of your insurances.

If you feel you have been threatened or assaulted in any way then go back to the police and insist they deal with that side of things. They are obliged to investigate any such allegation.
