Don't think so but not sure what the allowances are for prison and i suppose your income depends on what job you do whilst "inside".:pFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau

Big OOOOPS!
Just realised I forgot to put my prepaid virgin card on my S.O.A, it was a stupid oversight as lloyds (in their wisdom) upgraded my cashcard to a visa debit card at the end of january so had sort of forgotten about the virgin one, there's no money on it!
Will this cause big probs with the OR, should I phone beforehand or can I wait til he calls me? (i've only had brief contact sraight after court):hello:Save a little money each month and at the end of the year you’ll be surprised at how little you have.An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind0 -
No just tell him when he rings if you want to. It's not credit at all so he will have no interest in it. You may have to explain very carefully what it is as some OR's don't seem to have heard of them.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0

Thanks Tigerfeet, I think until I actually have the interview with the OR i'll keep trying to find things i've done wrong
, was like it before the court appearance as well and that was so straightforward!

Just had a call from my OR, got my "interview" on the 3rd April, very early!!
He said he didn't need to see me and a phonecall would be enough... asked if I had a landline which I don't, he wasn't too keen on phoning a mobile for 30 mins.. I said why don't I call him as I get free minutes:) (thought i'd try and get off on the right foot
), he seemed happy with that!
So all set.. should get my list of things I need to send him soon.. if I don't get it back to him in time it won't matter as he can do the interview without them (will do my best though, just depends when i get them)
All in all i'm feeling a bit better now as, just on the surface, it sounds like mine is a fairly "easy" case? Still worried what my IPA will be though :hello:Save a little money each month and at the end of the year you’ll be surprised at how little you have.An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind0 -
Quick question, i know it's been asked before and had a quick look but couldn't find it!
On my "personal" letter from the OR it says I need 12 months bank statements whereas on the "standard" check box thingy at the end it says two years, i'm guessing I only need the 12 months?:hello:Save a little money each month and at the end of the year you’ll be surprised at how little you have.An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind0 -

TBH dont worry too much as they will get copies from the bank anyway. I didn;t send any as the account I was using in the run up to BR was based online and I opted for paperless statements- they closed/froze it damn quick so I had nothing to send. OR was okay with that. Just send what you have.0 -

Hiya Waspeze, just read this since you kindly posted the link in my ickle diary. You have no idea how reassuring it is to read about someone who has been to the court I'm going to. Makes it a little less scary, dunno why
Thanks muchly babes xx
