I'm back and still alive
That was a lot of waiting though, got to court at 9.30 (half hour early just to be on the safe side)... was in the waiting room for an hour and a half before the clerk saw me, then onto another waiting room, only waited about 15 mins for the judge, very friendly... said that bankruptcy is a very serious matter etc etc and that she had to give me one last chance to change my mind (i thought she was going to refuse it the way she said it!) then said that she could see I had advice from the CCCS and that she knew that they only advise bankruptcy as the last resort so she saw no reason to doubt them.. and that was it I was bankrupt!! BUT then had to wait another hour for the signed form.. was told the OR may call me some time this week but because it was easter I might not here from them til next week... !
All in all i'm glad its all done but still have to wait some more for that all important phone call!
Ironically I had three missed calls whilst walking home, all from creditors... i would have answered if i'd heard but my phone was on silent.. doh!
Anyway just wanted to add, thanks for all your support and i'll keep you updated with how it goes with the OR.
Thanks again:hello:Save a little money each month and at the end of the year you’ll be surprised at how little you have.An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind0 -

Thanks all
Just had a little snooze (didn't get much sleep last night) and got woken up by the call from the OR, went ok as just confirming details really, told me he'll phone after easter probably.
Only bad thing is he told me they'd have to tell my landlady which I hoped wouldn't happen... fingers crossed it won't cause any problems as I couldn't find anything in the tenancy and I do have a guarantor for the rent!:hello:Save a little money each month and at the end of the year you’ll be surprised at how little you have.An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind0
