I have been a loyal sky customer for over 20 years. The digibox recently went t's up but sky refused to replace it for me. Thank you sky. You have shown just how much you care ! for your loyal customers. The digibox was working fine apart from sometimes freezing. During a call to the customer service centre I was talked through a proceedure that should have prevented the freezing but instead totally wiped out my digibox.
complain to the main man and state how much you have paid them over the years and how for like a customer like you they should sort it out0 -
Does anybody know if I can sign up for this cashback deal if I move house, ie cancel my subscription at my current address and start a new subscription at my new address???0
