I placed an order on tuesday but have bottled out, i went down to m&s yesterday and got most of the things i wanted and cancelled the online order before m&s beat me to it.

Good luck to those waiting for their orders though.

Was going to have a look and place an order, but the comments above have put me off a bit... I guess I'll be popping in store too. (I hate sale shopping)

Just called M&S as money debited from my account but not even despatched yet. They advised me that only 1 item was in stock!!! I had ordered over 20.

This was a last chance saloon for me with M&S online. I can't believe that they get away with treating us the way that they do. Why offer an online sale if you do not have the software to cope with demand.

They offered me 25.00 online promotion code but I have advised that I want it instore as at least there I know that I will go home with something!

They have also sent out the only item with no charge for delivery or the item.

Every time you order there is a fiasco:mad:

Some people seem to have been very unlucky with online orders.I have ordered online many times when there is a sale on and I have always received everything.

I placed an order on Tuesday and have just received an email from M&S to say that my order has been despatched and all the items are there,nothing has been cancelled.

Hi, I can confirm that you can't add to an existing order but you could cancel that order and re order, but to behonest if you are ordering sale items your best bet is to order in small lots if you wish to take advantage of FREEDELV or what I would recommend id paying 4.95 and getting it all on NDD, next day delivery. It is worth it.

I have been sent dispatch emails saying everything I have ordered is on it's way apart from 1 cashmere jumper which is not coming till May.

I have had trouble with online ordering in the past but the christmas sale and this one has been just fine.

I do quite a few small orders and what I order takes me over the free delivery and it works for me.

I went to the Newcastle store yesterday afternoon and the Metro Centre one today and had I not ordered online I would of got very little.

my order has been dispatched but can someone please tell me roughly how long until delivery? im shown as mon/tue but will there be a chance of before this as monday is only day im out !!

Hi I think that you can track your package within my account each morning so then you will know it will arrive that day, what you are looking to see is loaded onto the van, be patient with this in the morning as I know that they load vans until around 10.30 each morning.
