Just got my despatch notice for everything I ordered this a.m. I had no problems at christmas either so I guess I'm just lucky!

i ordered £70 of stuff at 9.20am this morning and paid for nominated delivery for tomorrow(thinking i might get all that i ordered)
i have just had a despatched email for 1 item out of the 18 ordered so called up,was told there was no problem with the order and nothing out of stock so should get it all tomorrow.
she told me that they despatched orders for next day delivery are sent out up till midnight.

No whining when your orders are cancelled/delayed/disappear/payments refunded/part payments/part orders cancelled/delivery date of 2012/order disappears etc etc

I would give CS a ring - I have been able to add to orders in this way.

its £4.95 for next day delivery so only aound or so more than standard delivery

and it seems to have worked as have just had second despatch email so all 18 items coming tomorrow!

I have just had an email saying 2 pairs of jeans I ordered are out of stock now and they have taken them off my order . This now puts me under the free delivery threshold and they have charged me delivery . I have emailed them saying I find this very unfair and want the money refunded back to me . Will wait with baited breath . I am going to go in store in the morning , thought I would just try online once but never again :mad:

Its sad but very true. I put myself though it... it must tbe the sorry vouchers and having CS on speed dial.

I waited so long for my Christmas day order that it arrived two days ago.

It took so long that quidco paid out before it arrived.
