Just spent £58 - mainly on Dr Who clothes for my 2 boys - they will be thrilled! (if they come!)

I wonder if their stock updater is working better this time around as I had 2 items removed before I got to check out as they went out of stock.

Oh dear............ here we go again....

My original delivery estimate was 10th March for both my orders, then I had a phonecall from them saying that the payment for the second order hadn't gone through (although no reason why not - plenty of cash in there) so they reran the payment and all was okay.

While I was on the phone though I asked them to check the first order... the delivery had been put back to the 17th March...

The helpful chap on the phone split the order, and so now it looks like most of the order will be delivered on the 10th, and one or two items are showing for delivery 17th.

Betchya I get an email saying the one's for delivery on 17th are now out of stock...:rolleyes2:

Well, I didn't seriously expect to order something that's showing in stock and actually get it did I???

The same thing happened to me about the payment not going through first time on one of my orders. As I have had trouble with M&S sales I now split my order into smaller orders that take me over the free delivery. It was the 3 of 4 orders that did not go through first time. She said it was because I had used the quick order on that one but ran it again and it was fine. Hubby would of had a heart attack if it hadn't.

She also checked my other orders and said everything was fine but one of the mens cashmere jumpers was not going to be delivered till 11 MAY but she said I will have the other two, which were on the same order by Friday, but to ring on Thursday if I have not received a dispatch email. So I will wait and see.
