  • I have just had an email saying 2 pairs of jeans I ordered are out of stock now and they have taken them off my order . This now puts me under the free delivery threshold and they have charged me delivery . I have emailed them saying I find this very unfair and want the money refunded back to me . Will wait with baited breath . I am going to go in store in the morning , thought I would just try online once but never again

can they do that?? it's not your fault they've put you below the free delivery threshold! that's terrible!

I waited so long for my Christmas day order that it arrived two days ago.

It took so long that quidco paid out before it arrived.

    I am not joking.

Well I decided to bite the bullet and call them , spoke to a lovely lady who said it automatically puts the charge back on but not to worry as she would take the charge off for me . I was online on my account at the time and within 10 seconds the charge had gone :T . I know it is only £3.50 but it is the principle of the matter . So this time a big thumbs up for that .

I ordered at lunchtime yesterday and got an expected despatch date of today. Still no email yet but will be delighted if this turns out to be the case. I've waited a very long time for previous orders. I went online today to have a sneaky check at stock levels and every one of my items is now out of stock. Fingers crossed!

Thank you for everything. I spent 2 hours online but I couldn't check out. I'll try again later. ;0)

I too am a glutton for punishment, just placed an order, i bet just like x-mas i will get nothing once again!

What i wanted to ask is have any of you after placing an order got customer services to edit it for you, meaning add a few more items on? i just phoned up and got told this cannot be done, as far as i was aware they could do this??

;) I find it helps to start with: "Guess how much money I saved today?"

Failing that, "What, this old thing? I've had it for ages..."

    Good luck :p
  • I received part of my order this morning although it didnt contain the 'real' bargain items that I really wanted so am wondering if these will actually arrive or not as lots of my Christmas stuff never came. It always seems to be the childrens items I never get.

If anyone needs to make an order up for free delivery I can recommend the 12 cool cars for £1 they are also on 3 for 2 so I got 36 die cast metal pull back n go cars for £2!! Brilliant for party bags, Easter Egg hunt prizes, lucky dip for school etc...
