The strangest thing has happened. One of the items was posted through the letterbox via royal mail - Not the one item that I was told was out of stock and a note put through the door to say left by recycle bin but nothing was outside my house!!!! I have asked on many occasions please do not leave unattended but looks like HDN have done it again. Mad is not the answer as now have paid for clothes but have nothing to show for it! What should I do now?
Have spoken to M&S but they say they will have to speak to HDN.

they don't send you a 12 pack of mini cars, you get one. there are 12 different designs. i ordered 6 packs and this morning i got 6 cars - 2 of them are beetles and 2 are scooby vans so that's okay for a £4 spend. they came in an opened box of 12 designs so perhaps they go to the warehouse in boxes of 12 and somebody made a mistake when putting them on the website. they are new so maybe they were only up there until the first person got a delivery and complained about not getting a full set.

i think they have removed the '12 cars' from the website now so i can't check if they made it seem like we would get 12.

I also ordered some of the cars, (3) and only had 3 arrive this morning so rang customer services as on my order it says '12 cool cars' which the man at the other end of the phone agreed should mean 12 cars! he couldn't get anywhere with it - even rang the retail department and they knew nothing about it, so gave me the number of their 'tech' dept and was told to ring on Tuesday to see if they knew anything.

After the last couple of sales fiascos, I ordered whilst expecting little if any to be delivered. All of it has been dispatched, not a single item out of stock and we are talking several hundred quid worth of orders (I order in bulk just in case to cover out of stock items).

So I guess they significantly improved their stock controls on the website AT LAST.

lol my sister got something through the other day that she had ordered in the xmas sale!! but the problem is she doesnt want it anymmore but cant return it cos it has been more than 90 days since the order!!
the SA told her to contact customer services and watchdog!! apparently watchdog are doing a piece on the m&s sale!!

My order arrived about half an hour ago,a day earlier than expected.Everything is complete :j so I am really pleased,got quite a few bargains.
