Ooh, here we go again! Ordered at 7am on the 4th, it was all due to arrive last week, then the dispatch date went back to this week. All of a sudden this morning it's due to arrive late May. And a few items have disappeared. Ho hum.......

I ordered on the 4th March, and have since had 4 emails telling me items are going out of stock.

Looked just now to see what the latest missing item was, to see that my delivery is expected on the 27th May!! I called to check if this was a mistake, but no...it really does seem that M & S think that 2 1/2 months for delivery is acceptable. My children will have outgrown the clothes before then. I was told to WRITE in to complain. :rotfl: (whilst I was ON the phone!!)

They are a complete joke.

I ordered on 13 February, some sale and some stock items. At one stage, my order had an estimated delivery date for mid April. Having had a discussion with CS who tried to tell me the delay in delivery was down to a problem with my card and who would not accept that there was a problem with the delivery date from inception, I telephoned HO to lodge a complaint. By the time I received a telephone call from the Chairman's Office the next morning, the delivery date had changed to mid May. After a very pleasant interchange, I was offered a credit of £50 to my account. I declined this and requested a £50 gift card to enable me to to into the store and buy what I wanted, when I wanted. This duly turned up last week with a letter of apology.

In the meantime, the whole of my February order arrived yesterday, including the 2 Per Una belts which had been reduced to £5 and a lovely Per Una jacket reduced from £49.50 to £9.50. To say I was gobsmacked, would be an understatement. Whilst I expected to receive the trousers for my husband, I was 100% convinced that end of sale items ordered mid February were not going to be dispatched.

I ordered the minute I heard about the sale and wasn't disappointed. Got a fab cream coat for half price and the most comfortable pair of boots I think I have ever had. Returned over half the order to my local store with no hassle.

i have now got 5 out of the 13 items i odered 5 days after due delivery date 14th march cancelled all the others when they said ithey would arrive may 22nd go on holiday on friday thats what i wanted items forrung up m&s yesterday and said they were a joke they refunded my order cost all £11 and then got 10 gift card form head office then got the 5 items I STILL WILL NOT BE USING M&S ONLINE AGAIN

Can I ask which company deliver for M&S? I have an order showing as despatched today and I was just wondering when to expect it.

If you go to 'View Order' it will say who is delivering, more than likely HDN and give you a link to 'Track Package'.

i think the earlier you order the more likely you wont have problems.

i didnt get to place on order until about 11am this time round and aload of my stuff has been cancelled and delayed until may!

it is royal mail who deliver for m&sand dispatched means its in the hands of royal mail which i was told could take them about a week !!!!!!!!mine came 2 days after it said it had been dispatched
