M&S Online sale has started

my credit card has been charged and most of it has been sent, but that was days ago. are the deliveries on foot? :rolleyes: the cars arrived, but they were sent 2 days after another order which hasn't come yet.

Everything has arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Wasn't holding out that much hope
after xmas diaster!

Ladies shoes are £7, lots of pyjamas are £3 and £5.

Surely it should go from the date of despatch.i would print a copy of the order and take it with the despatch note.the 90 days should go from when you received it surely.

I have to say that this sale experience was better than last few times, all items in stock some delivered yesterday and more on the way.Thanks Goodness less stress !

i would of thought so too but this is apparently not the case!
she is calling CS to have a shout - will let you know what happens!

sister spoke to them & they will accept the returns via post but not in store apparently - ridiculous!

It actually states on the delivery note that refunds are available 90 days from despatch. I've never had a problem with this.
