M&S Online sale has started

A much better sale experience for me. I couldn't get in to the store so ordered online with the expectation that it would not arrive but it was all despatched on time in it's entirity and I am very happy. Maybe they really have sorted their act out? Let's hope so.

Ordered 7 items on the 4th March with an expected delivery of 10-12 March. Checked order status today and now 6 items expected 16-20 May and 1 item disappeared!!!! Rang c/s to be told 'nothing we can do, wait till May'. Waiting on return call from supervisor but not holding my breath!!!

Got all mine today Thankfully had to hide them in a cupboard though from partner as we have stacks of clothes for little girl so will see what they are like in Morning

Everything that I ordered has slowly but surely been cancelled as out of stock leaving me with no items at all :mad:. Rang customer service and the lady apologised to me , offering me £25 discount , did I want it online or in store , I said in store as at least that way I am guaranteed to get something , she then sent me an email stating here is £25 gift card enclosed but said print email off and take it into store and they will accept it .

The CS agent is incorrect. It's 90 days from dispatch as it says on the dispatch note, as discussed. I too have never had an issue.

Out of the 10 items I ordered in the M&S sale, 4 arrived today. 2 say will be dispatched soon, and the other 4 say Not yet dispatched.
Fingers crossed that they will eventually arrive.......

Oooops, spoke to soon!
Just had an amail from M&S to say that one or more of my items are now out of stock and will not be delivered. It does not say in the email which items, and checking online my order status is till showing as per previous post.
I suppose I'll just have to wait and see.

Are they likely to charge me P+P now that my total will be under £30? Have others managed to avoid paying P+P costs when this happens??
