My post made no mention of repudiation of the claim, perhaps you'd like to read the post again.

    Your post said……..

If you check your own insurance policy you will see that it requires the vehicle to be taxed if on the public highway or the policy can be declared void this also applies to MOT certification. Incidentally if even if your vehicle is taxed/untaxed but not carrying a current valid MOT certificate your insurance company can if they deem appropriate settle for it's scrap value in the event it is stolen or damaged.

    What are you saying?

They void your insurance due to lack of tax/MOT and then pay claims?

Nope. That may be what your seeing but it certainly isn't what I am saying.

    Ah, when you said:

“…….If you check your own insurance policy you will see that it requires the vehicle to be taxed if on the public highway or the policy can be declared void, this also applies to MOT certification……...”

I read it as they can void your insurance if your car isn’t taxed and/or MOT’d.

Obviously my comprehension skills are not what I thought they were.

    What did you mean?

    I mean't exactly what I said.

So we've gone from the above smartarsed remark and some five hours later you still have not read and understood the original post, although having offered several of your own skewed versions of it in order to justify your first post, and now we are back to insults and testing profanity filters.

A pity you jumped in with both feet without perhaps asking pertinent questions.

Sorry but Dustangle jumped the gun on you there, second time round it's neither clever nor funny.

Have you read the post and consulted with your text books yet?

I'd offer to help you out if you hadn't been so rude in the first instance.
