To those in Glasgow or going - a wonderful shopping city. Edinburgh although lots to see, well Princes Street not good. George Street has lovely shops but too expensive! Feel sad that our capital city shopping centre degenerating. Seemingly some Arabs want to take it over!

She said the girls were about 16 but difficult to say, she is going to do as her dad has told her and report it though. DD is 23, very slightly built but definately has attitude when it is needed, very proud of her but wish she could move to a safer area!

    Hi again

I have scanned some crochet patterns, from many a year ago, for waistcoats, would like your opinion/s, on which if any do not seem too dated.

Well the police have been round (fast response:T) and taken a statement, dd is tearful and very angry but police said she did the right thing, just wish she didn't live there, this is the second time - she was mugged for her mobile phone 18 months ago and has only recently got her confidence back.

The longsleeved waistcoat 1 and waistcoat 2 would be lovely done in dark cream or brown. I have ones very similar and I am reasonably young so not too dated I hope. :o

I'm glad she's ok Catz. Nasty fright though.

I expect if it was Haribo that they tried to mug at age 23 all they would have found in her handbag would have been condoms. :D

P.S. I think you should do Waistcoat 3 and go to Tesco's in it.:rotfl:
Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia. ;)
