My face started breaking out with a slightly bumpy red rash that itched. It was on my chin, the sides of my nose, and my forehead.I had tried everything.. I certainly recommend a trial of it if you have rosacea but don't expect immediate results. It works well and well.

I highly recommend the La Roche Posay skin care line for sensitive and rosacea skin. I have tried alot of skin care in my 42 yrs (both pricy and cheap) and it works fab! You can find it at Boots, Feel Unique etc.
I use their moisturizer, face scrub and cream cleanser. I also use Avene cream rich bar soap on my face 2 times a week especially if I have been sweating alot.
I used to get break outs around my chin especially but I think I finally found a skin care brand that works for me and moody skin heh. I can honestly say I get a spot maybe once a month, if that.*If you like the advice I give...let me know by clicking the THANKS button*

I recommend anyone with rosacea or adult acne try pro-skin rosacea by mama nature of covent garden. I honestly had given up on ever finding a cure or at least something that would help me. Metrogel etc. etc. I've tried them all and been round the block more times than i can rememember. pro-skin made my skin tingle which concerned me at first but after that i relaxed as my redness lightened to my natural skin colour and all of the acne dissolved.0

Acne home remedy: Lemons. Lemons act as an exfoliant, skin lightener, and disinfectant to reduce the appearance of scars and prevent new pimples from forming. On a clean face, dab acne with a cotton ball or cotton swab dipped in lemon juice, then rinse with cool water.0

Like tricksy I use the pro-skin cream by mama nature. The one for rosacea and it helps me out big style. The only downerside for me was the prise of it but sinse I spent so much already on creams and this now save me money on buying other wurthles ones i overall hapy.0

Rosacea is caused by sensitivity, so please do not use lemon juice on it!
The word acne should not be used in the same sentence as rosacea! The tiny pustules might look the same but they are not. In fact, if I do get these then it is a trip to the GP and a 3-month course of antibiotics simple.
I know someone who still swears that only drinkers get rosacea, an old wives tale that is still doing the rounds.0 -
I prefer to make my own skin care products and cosmetics. Firstly, it is cheaper, and secondly, it seems to me safer. But you need to carefully, take into account the individual characteristics of the skin when choosing ingredients, carefully read the information about them. Here is enough detail0
