but it does seem strange that its in stock when you ordered on monday and not in stock for people who ordered on sunday???? .......so I dont know if that will help the case against empire for the rest of us???
Its very strange as when I ordered it definately said 3/4 weeks stock for the actual trampoline and the enclosure as in stock... so really surprised when I got the despatch email the next day...

They've screwed me over too.
Finally able to access my account online and it says no longer available and that I ordered on the 5th when I ordered on the 2nd. I'm so sick of this. The same thing happened with the Red Herring jackets. I ordered on the 12th and was told sold out yet people ordered on the 14th and got them!
Sorry to vent, I am happy for those who got them but I'm just gutted at the moment. If the same thing happens with the 13ft one we ordered (as I suspect it will) then we're going to have a very disappointed niece on her 7th birthday.

I notice the trampolines are now full price but still out of stock. Not sure about you guys but if they come back in stock I'll be demanding they send me one at the offer price considering I ordered on the 2nd not the 5th as they state.

Just had a letter from empire telling me that the trampoline and enclosure are out of stock due to high demandThere is a forgotten, nay almost forbidden word which means more to me than any other. That word is England.

Never heard anything from Empire about the 8ft trampoline so emailed and got this reply:
Thank you for your email.
We are unable to send the goods detailed below to you as they were out of stock
at the time you placed your order.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I ordered on the sunday and people who ordered on the monday got theirs!
Luckily we got the 13ft one for our niece's birthday so that's the main thing.

I had a letter to say that the card I used had not been authorised - no idea why. So I rang them up to pay again and asked the bloke to confirm that I still had the trampoline and enclosure on order and that they were in stock and he said yes. That was a couple of days ago. I had an email yesterday to say that my payment had gone through. No dispatch email yet though.....Sealed Pot Challenge #817 £50 banked
