I ordered at 11pm on the 2nd and got a confirmation email shortly after and have just noticed the 'welcome pack', 'thank you pack' dispatch email too.

Very odd.

I have a bad feeling about this anyway as decided to order the 13ft trampoline aswell afterwards but couldn't find a customer number in my confirmation email so had to order as a new customer again so keep expecting that to get cancelled.

I ordered on Wednesday morning. Didn't register for a new account, so far I've had a confirmation email but no dispatch email yet.

very dissapointed as i recieved this email just now.I placed the order on the 4th March for the trampoine and enclosure -both items were in stock and had email confirming my order.email is below:

items were in stock when i ordered and i had a confirmation email after i placed the order.So dont get it..Cos some people have had theirs delivered already..

I am going to email Empire now asking why i was emailed a confimation email and why now theyve decided they are out of stock when they were in stock when i ordered.
Vey dissapointed..im interested to see how many others will be too..Rather annoying all this is!

the most annoying thing is, that i emailed them yesterday asking why i couldnt view my order online,my online account said balance zero and no orders on file, and they replied back with that email telling me all out of stock.Despite having order confirmation and was in stock when i ordered.
So i think if i hadnt emailed them , then they wouldnt have bothered to tell me the order wasnt coming at all.
i have emailed them having a moan this morning , and a response expected within 48 hours, so i'll keep you updated on what they have to say for themselves!.Poor customer service to say the least!!.
The least they could do is send out an apology email saying they are out of stock and they messed up, cos otherwise everyone on here will be waiting for their trampolines when theres non left!.
well done to the few that have received theirs already-very jealous!;)

I got another email today saying that payment would be coming out of my account....so I am hoping that the trampolene will be on the way soon. I have emailed them too asking about a customer reference number, but it says 48hrs for a response from c.service. Keep you posted.

Thanks OP for posting this, i have ordered 8FT and like most of you apart from receiving the order confirmation haven't heard or received a thing.

Just wanted to add though that i use this company regularly and they are really great, never any problems so i'm sure they are just overwhelmed with all the orders placed at once!

Am starting to regret mentioning this order to my kids though!

Just be careful xinran I used to go on ours -end result 10 weeks on crutches and now awaiting knee surgery.

I ordered the 8ft with enclosure @ 11.30 sun eve, I had the confirmation and welcome pack email but nothing else yet.
